Your limit starts when you make your first transaction. It lasts for either the next 24 hours or the next 30 days. This limit is not tied to a calendar day or month. For example, if you make a transaction at 10 AM today, your 24-hour limit will end at 10 AM tomorrow. | ### Starter Level The Starter level allows you to sell cryptocurrency to your bank account using [SwapinGet](https://www.swapin.com/swapinget-crypto-off-ramp/). Both the crypto wallet and IBAN you use must belong to you. Additionally, you can use [SwapinPay](https://www.swapin.com/swapinpay-pay-with-crypto/), but only for the same purpose - selling crypto from your wallet to your bank account. Payments to others are not available at this level. The Starter level provides a lifetime limit of up to 4,000 EUR for selling your crypto, with no daily or monthly limits. Once you reach this limit, we will recommend upgrading your verification to Full or Full+. With the Starter level, you can also purchase cryptocurrency using [SwapinBuy](https://www.swapin.com/swapinbuy-buy-crypto-with-eur-within-minutes/), with a monthly limit of up to 10,000 EUR. ### Full Level At the Full level, you have comprehensive access to various crypto services, including selling, paying with, and buying cryptocurrency. Each service comes with its own set of limits: * Selling Crypto with [SwapinGet](https://www.swapin.com/swapinget-crypto-off-ramp/) or Paying with Crypto using [SwapinPay](https://www.swapin.com/swapinpay-pay-with-crypto/): * Daily Limit: You can transact up to 5,000 EUR per day. This means the total value of your sales or payments made using these services should not exceed 5,000 EUR within a 24-hour period. * Monthly Limit: The total value of your transactions using SwapinGet or SwapinPay can go up to 15,000 EUR in a calendar month. This limit accumulates daily transactions throughout the month. * Buying Crypto with [SwapinBuy](https://www.swapin.com/swapinbuy-buy-crypto-with-eur-within-minutes/): * Daily Limit: You can purchase up to 20,000 EUR worth of cryptocurrency in a single day. This allows for substantial daily purchases within this limit. * Monthly Limit: Over the course of a month, you can buy up to 35,000 EUR worth of cryptocurrency. This limit aggregates your daily purchases throughout the month. ### Full+ Level At the Full+ level, there are no fixed transaction limits. However, due to compliance rules, a limit might still apply based on your source of funds. Please note that not all Swapin customers can move to the Full+ level from Starter or Full. Your verification level is determined by the information you provided during the KYC process. ## Swapin Limits For Business Customers For business customers, transaction limits are set based on the provided financial information during the verification process. ## Transaction Volumes and Fees Such products as [SwapinPay](https://www.swapin.com/swapinpay-pay-with-crypto/), [SwapinBuy](https://www.swapin.com/swapinbuy-buy-crypto-with-eur-within-minutes/) and [SwapinCollect](https://www.swapin.com/swapincollect-start-accepting-crypto/) have fees calculated based on transaction volumes. These fees apply to each transaction individually. Transaction volumes are not cumulated, this means each time you start a new [SwapinPay](https://www.swapin.com/swapinpay-pay-with-crypto/), [SwapinBuy](https://www.swapin.com/swapinbuy-buy-crypto-with-eur-within-minutes/) or [SwapinCollect](https://www.swapin.com/swapincollect-start-accepting-crypto/) transaction, a fee will be calculated based on a transaction volume, no matter what volumes you have already used for your previous transactions during a day, a month or a year. The widget enables end customers to buy and sell crypto in a few simple steps, with different limits for each. ### Buying Crypto * Daily limit: Up to 5,000 EUR * Monthly limit: Up to 15,000 EUR ### Selling Crypto * Daily limit: Up to 20,000 EUR * Monthly limit: Up to 35,000 EUR ### How Are Limits Calculated?
