# Swapin Vouchers?

Vouchers are promo codes that provide you with an up to 100% discount on Swapin fees. It's important to note that a transaction fee includes both the Swapin fee and the bank transfer fee. Even with a voucher applied, the bank transfer fee remains applicable. In this article, we'll provide a step-by-step guide on how to use Swapin vouchers.

## How do I get a voucher? <a href="#h_d01eb3b023" id="h_d01eb3b023"></a>

There are various ways to acquire Swapin vouchers:

* Welcome Voucher: You will receive this voucher upon successfully completing the verification process as a new Swapin customer.
* Rewards Voucher: By participating in the Swapin rewards program and sharing your referral links to invite others, both you and the referred customer can earn vouchers once they start using Swapin.
* Promo Vouchers: These vouchers are distributed by the Swapin team via email during promotional campaigns.

Keep an eye on your email notifications for vouchers. Ensure that Swapin emails aren't landing in your spam folder, and stay informed about our announcements.

## Which Swapin products accept vouchers? <a href="#h_cbeb5b1ce4" id="h_cbeb5b1ce4"></a>

Currently, vouchers can exclusively be applied to SwapinPay transactions. They are not applicable to SwapinGet transactions.

## How to apply a voucher to a SwapinPay transaction? <a href="#h_f27f3570f6" id="h_f27f3570f6"></a>

Follow these steps to apply for a voucher:'

### Step 1: Sign in and navigate to SwapinPay <a href="#h_0d634b26bd" id="h_0d634b26bd"></a>

1. Log in to your Swapin account.
2. Scroll to the SwapinPay section and click on the "Make Payment" button.

### Step 2: Enter transaction details <a href="#h_f398b9a1da" id="h_f398b9a1da"></a>

Fill in the necessary transaction information:

1. Choose the fiat currency for the recipient (EUR or GBP).
2. Enter the amount of fiat currency you intend to send.
3. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to use for payment.
4. Indicate whether the payment is for yourself or someone else.
5. Choose the beneficiary type (individual or business).
6. Enter the beneficiary's name.
7. Provide the beneficiary's SEPA bank account IBAN.
8. Enter the beneficiary's address.
9. Include a payment description/reference.
10. Click the "Continue" button.

### Step 3: Apply the voucher <a href="#h_21505e5b10" id="h_21505e5b10"></a>

Now, it's time to redeem your voucher. Click the "Apply Voucher" button, where you'll see a list of available vouchers to choose from. If you have a promo code, enter it into the designated field.

Once you've chosen the voucher you want to use, click the "Redeem" button. The new fees will be automatically calculated for you.

You can also remove the voucher by clicking on the “Remove” button in case you want to.

### Step 4: Proceed with payment as usual <a href="#h_5318fc3231" id="h_5318fc3231"></a>
