Can I buy service coins?
No, Swapin does not currently sell service coins. It is used for technical purposes, such as refunds or handling transactions with incorrect minimum volumes.
Do you provide service to UK customers?
Due to new regulations, Swapin services are temporarily unavailable for UK customers. This includes SwapinPay, SwapinGet, SwapinBuy, SwapinCollect, SwapinWidget, and the Swapin Affiliate Program. If you need help, contact us at customer@swapin.com. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to return to the UK market soon. Stay updated with Swapin via email for any changes.
Does Swapin provide 24/7 customer support?
Swapin offers online support from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, EEST. If you reach out to us outside of these hours, we'll respond to your inquiry as soon as we're back online.
What is Ungaro LLC?
"Ungaro LLC" is Swapin's business name. This name is listed as the remitter on your bank account statement for payments when using SwapinPay, SwapinGet, or SwapinCollect.
Should you inform Swapin about suspicious financial activity?
