To initiate cooperation with Swapin as a SwapinWidget partner, your company needs to undergo the KYB (Know Your Business) verification process.
To begin the verification process, please complete the Partner's Questionnaire attached.

Additionally, attach the following list of documents to your application:
Proof of incorporation. This is a document confirming your company's formation, registry address, registry number, and other information. We accept Certificate of Incorporation or Registry Card of the Company.
Proof of the right to use the Website domain address where the PartnerWidget will be integrated into. It can be a dashboard screenshot where available information of the owner: person/company.
A copy or photo of the representative’s passport or a copy or photo of the both sides of the representative’s ID card.
A notarized and apostilled power of attorney (PoA) if the basis for the representation is power of attorney. PoA must be issued within the last 3 months. If needed, we can request a legal English translation of all documents.
In case you are applying for an integration that includes markup, additional documents should be provided:
A structure of the ownership and UBOs.
A copy or photo of the UBO's passport or a copy or photo of both sides of each UBO's ID card.
Upon receiving your submitted documents, we will review them and proceed with the verification process. Following successful verification, the Swapin Sales team will provide your company with the necessary contract for signing.
